The following violation were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court III with Judge Joe V. Sutton presiding. Unless otherwise indicated, the conviction is for a Class D felony. The month the incident occurred is included to eliminate confusion.

Sentenced to three years in jail with 18 months suspended for probation was Gilbert Lopez. As a term of his probation, he must undergo alcohol assessment and pay a $100 administrative, $100 initial and $25 monthly probation users' fees.
