Stephanie Lynn Farrell, 34, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Circuit Court to 1-1/2 years in prison for possession of methamphetamine, a Class D felony. She will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling two days.
She was ordered to pay a $100 fine, a $200 drug interdiction fee and court costs.
The sentence is suspended pending good behavior and she will be placed on probation.
As part of the probation, she was ordered to pay a $100 initial, $100 administrative, and $25 monthly probation user's fees.
She also is subject to random drug testing and she was ordered to pay her court-appointed attorney.
Fetter Receives Suspended Sentence
George Rodney Fetter, 50, recently was sentenced in Kosciusko Circuit Court to 1-1/2 years in prison for possession of marijuana more than 30 grams, a Class D felony. He will receive credit for time served and good time credit totaling two days.
He was ordered to pay a $100 fine, court costs and a $500 drug interdiction fee.
The first year of the sentence will be suspended pending good behavior and he will be placed on probation.
As part of the probation, he must pay a $100 initial, $100 administrative and $20 monthly probation user's fees.
