n Javier A Juarez, P.O. Box 283, Silver Lake, convicted for being a habitual traffic offender. Fined $100 plus $164.50 court costs; license suspended for life. Sentenced to three years in jail, suspended, with three years probation.

n Nicholas I. Shilling, 799 CR 300, Warsaw, convicted of driving while intoxicated. Sentenced to 18 months jail, 16 months suspended.

n Robert Allen, 4064 CR 500E, Warsaw, convicted of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop after an accident. Fined $100, plus $164.50 court costs, plus administrative fee of $100, countermeasure fee $200; sentenced to two years in jail, with one year suspended.

n Jason D. Oswalt, 1731 CR 400N, Warsaw, convicted of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Fined $100.50, $164 court costs, $200 drug interdiction fee, $50 administration fee. Sentenced to 12 months jail, suspended, ability to plate and register a vehicle suspended for one year.

Superior Court II

The following misdemeanors and infractions were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court II with Judge James Jarrette presiding. The month the incident occurred is included to eliminate confusion.

n Fined $25 for seat belt infraction in January were: Terry Netzley, Warsaw; Cameron Carver, Warsaw; Grant Slater, Warsaw; Robert Voreis, Warsaw.

n The following speeding infractions occurred in January, with each individual also paying $114.50 in court costs: Ryan Riner, Warsaw, fined $7; Michael Penrod, Burr Ridge, Ill., fined $12; Jean Shen, Winona Lake, fined $7; Robert Dye, Bradley,Ill., fined $17.
