Superior Court II

The following misdemeanors and infractions were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court II with Judge James Jarrette presiding.

The following people also paid $114.50 in court costs:

Speeding -

Fined $7 were: Alyssa Ashton, Warsaw; Merle Shank, Claypool.

Fined $12 were: Anna Scutchfield, North Webster.

Fined $27 were: Leon Hartley, Warsaw.

Disregarding a Stop Sign/Automatic Signal -

Fined $25 were: Melanie Blair, Warsaw; Raymond Floey, Pierceton; James Shepherd, Warsaw.

The following people were assessed no court costs:

Violation Of Seat Belt Law - Thomas Decker, Claypool; Bernie Martinez-Garza, Warsaw; Cameron Phillips, Warsaw; Anthony Hostetler, Leesburg; George Ling, Pierceton; Jamie Elliott, Warsaw; Martin Koher, North Webster.

Child Restraint Violation -

n Ana Malagon, Warsaw, was fined $25.

Charges were dismissed against the following people:

n Dale Harner, Syracuse, driving while suspended.

Misdemeanor

n Sharresa Rose, Mentone, recently was sentenced for driving while suspended. She was ordered to pay $114.50 in court costs, and a $100 fine and her driver's license was suspended 90 days.
