Solis, Middlebury, convicted of speeding. Fined $27 plus $114.50.n Sean M. Boyer, 4479 CR 475E, Leesburg, convicted of driving while intoxicated. As per plea agreement, fined $100 plus $364 court costs; incarceration for 60 days, with 54 days suspended.n Cornell R. Hackney, 415 W. Main St., Warsaw, convicted of driving while intoxicated in a 2010 case. Court enters all judgments and costs paid in full. n Helen Bremer, 1826 Rieder, Warsaw, convicted of disregarding an automatic signal. Judgment of $182 in total fines and court costs.n Jeremiah England, 622 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw. Court grants continuation of case to May 6, 2011.n James A. Britt, 1518 N. Fox Farm Road, Warsaw.
