Shown are Nicholle Potter and Kyle Probst, Warsaw, on their wedding day Sept. 6, replicating the pose of the statue’s figures to their left. The statue is a depiction of a photograh made famous at the end of World War II. Nicholle had her photographer, Catlin Humes of C. Humes Photography, stop on the way to the reception in Winona Lake, to capture this moment. Nicholle’s great-grandfather, Arthur Rosebohm, was a Pearl Harbor survivor, and two grandfathers also served in the Navy during the Korean War. Her Uncle John, a graduate of Tippecanoe Valley High School and Warsaw resident, was lost at sea in 1991.
