A married couple from North Webster are being held on $20,000 bond on charges of dealing methamphetamine and child neglect.
Indiana State Police, with the help of U.S. Federal officers, arrested Gwendolyn Marie Pemberton, 50, and Paul Ervin Pemberton, 52, both of 56 EMS T4 Lane, North Webster, at their residence Wednesday afternoon.
Both Pembertons were arrested for dealing methamphetamine, neglect of a dependent child and possession of paraphernalia.
Gwendolyn also was arrested on a charge of maintaining a common nuisance, and Paul was arrested for possession of paraphernalia.
Indiana State Police had no further information on the arrests as of this morning.
