Kosciusko County Commissioners agreed to pay one of two outstanding bills connected to the courthouse renovations done nearly two years ago.
A representative of Atlas, which did much of the extensive work, complained that two bills still had not been paid.
The county had been withholding payment for lack of service. In once case, a leak has continued to cause problems.
The county agreed to pay a $550 bill for improvements to a downspout and asked the company to assess the leak on the southwest part of the building.
Atlas did some work involving the leak recently, but is unsure whether it fixed the problem.
