The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Wednesday signed onto the creation of a Tax Increment Finance District for the area surrounding Trupointe Cooperative Inc. The Plan Commission determined during the brief meeting that the declaratory TIF resolution passed by the county Redevelopment Commission Feb. 14 conforms to the plan of development for the county. The TIF district will pay for road improvements near the facility north of Milford. The redevelopment commission will look at a confirmatory resolution this month.
