Continuously serving Kosciusko County since 1854
With weather conditions dry and no rain in the forecast, the Kosciusko County Fire Association on Thursday issued an open burning advisory.
Association President Kevin McSherry said Burket Fire Department had two vegetation fire calls on Wednesday, and he expected that other departments in Kosciusko County had similar calls.
He asked residents to consider the weather conditions before burning and to stay safe.
