The first pageant has a 6:30pm registration with a 7pm start time. The registration and start times will be approximately one hour apart for each pageant.

They will all be held at the Shrine building on the Kosciusko County fairgrounds.

There will be no entry fee, but sponsor forms are available as donations are always accepted.

Casual attire is recommended. Make-up, excessive jewelry, and extravagant clothing is strongly discouraged.

Kosciusko County Community Fair Children's Pageant age divisions are as follows:

Toddler Miss & Mister: 2 years old

Miss & Mister Preschool: 3-4 years old

Little Miss & Mister: 5-8 years old

Junior Miss & Mister: 9-12 years old

Miss Teen: 13-15 years old

Every child will receive a number and be called up to the stage in numerical order. The emcee will ask each contestant questions based off of their application/registration form.

The judges will score them based on natural beauty, the child's ability to answer the questions, and their personality. The contestant with the highest final score will be the winner. In the event of a tie or extremely close scores, a second round will be made and conducted in the same manner as the first round.  Parents will not be allowed to review  the judges' scorecards.

There will be one female winner and one male winner in each division. Each female winner will receive a crown, sash, trophy, flowers, and other miscellaneous gifts. Each male winner will receive a hat, trophy, and miscellaneous gifts. There will be two court members in each division (1st Runner-Up & 2nd Runner-Up). The girls will receive sashes and other various gifts. The boys will receive hats and various gifts. Every court member will receive a goody bag.

Winners and court members will receive a list of “duties” for the fair. These will be optional, as we understand this really depends on the parent’s availability; however they are a great opportunity to be involved in the fair. The fair parade is July 8 at 4 p.m.

No child may be left alone while attending any fair related events.
