In the Thursday article on page 3C of the Leisure section on Lakeside Fitness, the story stated Tami Pavel is with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is not, but is a certified personal trainer through NASM. Pavel also clarified that Lakeside’s supplements are top quality “natural” products. Its pre- and post-workout bars, drinks and powders are also top quality, but a combination, she said.
