FORT WAYNE – Tickets for the pre-air show concert tonight featuring Sugar Shot and Jason Michael Carroll are still available.
The concert begins at 8 p.m. at the Fort Wayne Air National Guard Base, with a pyrobatic air show performance around 8:40 p.m.
Tickets are $10, and children under 10 get in free. They are available at www.fwairshow.com
The limited-seating barbecue dinner before the concert is sold out, as reported this week in the Times-Union, but there are about 30,000 tickets available for the concert, according to Mike Loher, entertainment director for the Kosciusko County 4-H fair.
The air show, which is Saturday and Sunday at the National Guard base, tapped Loher to find entertainment for Friday’s show because of his work with the fair.
Proceeds from the dinner and concert will go to the Wounded Warrior Project, which helps veterans with physical and psychological trauma.
