The project to clean up the Tippecanoe River discussed at recent Kosciusko County Commissioners meeting was begun by the Lake Tippecanoe Property Owners Inc., according to LTPO Vice-president Jon Tyler. It was previously reported as the Tippecanoe River Property Owners Association. The LTPO began discussions in early spring 2013 and was joined by Kosciusko Lakes and Streams and Kosciusko County Emergency Management Director Ed Rock, Tyler said.
