Corey Addison Chambers-Baldridge, 22, of Warsaw, passed away at 5:31 a.m. March 17, 2011, in his residence.
He was born Dec. 28, 1988, in Warsaw, to Willie and Amy Chambers Baldridge.
A lifetime Warsaw resident, he was a Warsaw Community High School graduate and a member of Sons of the American Legion Post 49, Warsaw.
Surviving are his mother, Amy Chambers, Warsaw; his father, Willie Baldridge, Warsaw; six brothers: Zachary Michael Chambers, Brandon Chambers, Max Revis III and Dillon Baldridge, all of Warsaw; Justin Baldridge, Fort Wayne; and Ashton Baldridge, Henderson, Nev.; a sister, Brianna Baldridge, Fort Wayne; grandparents, Mike "Deacon" Chambers, Wabash; Joyce Zehner, Texas; and Delores Hatfield, Tyler, Texas; four aunts: Dawn (and spouse Darren) Miner, Texas; Norma Perkins, Warsaw; Tammy Miller, Fort Wayne; and Cindy (and spouse Tim) Sams, Roann; and three uncles, Ronnie and Andy Baldridge and Carlos Stinfer, all of Warsaw.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw, with Pastor Kondo Simfukwe officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
