Kosciusko Community Hospital announced the appointment of Finny Mathew as chief operating officer and Kimberly Finch as chief nursing officer.
Mathew graduated cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in business administration and received his master of science in health care administration from Trinity University, San Antonio.
Mathew joins Kosciusko Community Hospital after gaining five years of progressive healthcare experience at Integris Baptist Medical Center, Oklahoma City, where he most recently served as director of operations.
Mathew is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Finch graduated from Mansfield General School of Nursing and received her bachelor of science in nursing degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
She possesses 21 years of healthcare experience having served at KCH since 1989 in leadership rolls including: emergency and urgent care services director, medical staff and clinical services manager, compliance and privacy director and physician services director.
Finch serves on the MTEMS board of directors and is a member of Northeast Indiana Organization of Nurse Executives.
