Editor, Times-Union: A few days ago you wrote an editorial on how dissatisfied all but 11 percent of U.S citizens were with present conditions.
You seem to have been shocked that 11 percent were happy or satisfied with the status quo. I have a feeling you were being a bit sarcastic or maybe not.
The answer is simple. Eighty percent of you wage slaves control only 7 percent of the wealth in this country. So how’s that Republicrat trickle-down propaganda working for you? The top 1 percent fat cats control 42 percent of the moolah. The next 4 percent control 27 percent of the wealth. The next 5 percent control 11 percent of the wealth. The next 1 percent control 12 percent of the wealth. So according to my addition, around 11 percent of the people control over 80 percent of the wealth and are happy as pigs in slop.
The Republicrats try extremely hard to shift the argument to an alleged attack on the disappearing middle class. When truth is they are hell bent to protect the super rich from paying any taxes at all if they can get away with it. Forget the term middle class, use the term working class. It’s more accurate.
