My husband read the letter to the editor about a local contractor filing bankruptcy.
We owned a small business in town here and had three employees working for us. We just started the business and things were going great until my husband got hurt on the job. He hurt his back so bad he was going to be off the job for a couple of months. The bills kept coming in, and clients wanted their service or the money back. We could not do either. We felt we had no choice but to file bankruptcy.
We are sorry it happened but we had no choice. Bankruptcy once in your life is okay, but anymore than that is not good.
