Phend & Brown provided a construction update notice regarding a paving and bridge replacement project on U.S. 30 from 0.15 miles west of Ind. 19 to 3.19 miles east of Ind. 15.
The following schedule of activities is provided to highlight major activities. Changing weather conditions and/or internal schedule changes may alter the dates below. Traffic control signage will be provided in advance of and during any closure, the release states.
Asphalt paving between Fox Farm Road and Center Street:
Starting Monday, April 18 through the end of June, paving work will be performed at night. It will include:
• Asphalt patching
• Milling and asphalt placement will be performed between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m.
• Single-lane closures will be set up where work will be performed every day.
• Drivers should expect significant delays during this operation.
Bridge replacement between CR 300N and Fox Farm Road started April 12 and will go through the middle of July.
• Maintenance of traffic was set up April 12.
• Eastbound lanes will be closed between CR 300 and Fox Farm Road.
• All traffic will be switched to the westbound lanes, with one lane of traffic in each direction.
• Drivers should expect significant delays during this operation.
Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes due to anticipated traffic delays.
