Improvements will begin on the Winona Avenue bicycle and pedestrian path along East Winona Avenue from Colfax to Argonne Road beginning Monday. This project will include adding dedicated bike lanes on the north and south side of Winona Avenue as well as a pedestrian walk along just the south side. It is anticipated that the project will be substantially completed by May 16 barring any weather delays. Traffic delays can be expected during these next two weeks.
