Constance Jean DeGaetano

Constance Jean DeGaetano, 75, of 1407 W. Oriole Drive, Warsaw, went home to be with the Lord at 8:55 a.m. Sept. 22, 2009, in her residence.

She was born March 10, 1934, in Bedford, Mass., to the Rev. Anthony and Constance Wight Vigna. On March 10, 1956, she married Bill DeGaetano, who survives.

She lived in Kosciusko County since Aug. 1972, moving from Griffith. She was a homemaker and a member of Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church, where she sang in the choir.

Also surviving are two sons, William D. (and spouse Nanette) DeGaetano and Stephen H. (and spouse Kimberly) DeGaetano, all of Warsaw; a daughter-in-law, Sonia DeGaetano, Warsaw; seven grandchildren; a great-grandson; two brothers, David (and spouse Janice) Vigna, Portage, and Norma (and spouse Jackie) Vigna, Garden Grove, Calif.; and a sister, Mary Ann (and spouse Stanley) Olkoski, Hobart. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Phil.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Warsaw Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 210 S. High St., Warsaw, with the Rev. Howard Smith officiating.

Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
