Connie Puckett, age 52, of Claypool, Ind., passed away Saturday, May 25, 2019, at 1:11 a.m. in Anderson, Ind.
She was born Oct. 16, 1966, in Hamilton, Ohio, to David and Alice Lambert Eldridge. She was united in marriage to William Puckett in Lee County, Ky., on Aug. 8, 1982.
Connie is survived by her husband, William, of 36 years; three sons; one daughter; one sister; two brothers and six grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be held Thursday, May 30, 2019, at 11 a.m. in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with calling one hour prior to the service. Pastor Mike Parker will officiate the service, with interment in Graceland Cemetery, Claypool.
