Luther Bauserman, of (3) Patsy Dieckman, of (4) Preston Sartelle Sr., of (5) Mary Ellen Sartelle, and of (6) Cortez A. Cooper Jr. and to any other persons claiming an interest in the real estate described herein YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiffs have filed a Complaint to Quiet Title in the above Court to the following described Real Estate located in Kosciusko County, Indiana: Lot Number Three (3) in Baugher’s Plat adjacent to Yellow Bank’s Park in Kosciusko County, Indiana. If you claim an interest in this Real Estate, you or your attorney must file a response to Plaintiffs’ Complaint not later than thirty (30) days following the last date of publication of this Notice.
