Beginning at the northwest corner of lot 34 in South Park Addition to Lake Wawasee; thence south 59º38'28" west on an extension of the northwest line of lot 34 to its point of intersection with the easterly right-of-way of Waco Drive; thence south 17º14'3" east 152.49 feet to the point of intersection of the southeast line of lot 32 extended southwesterly; thence on and along the southeast line of lot 32 extended southwesterly to the southwest corner of lot 32 in South Park Addition to Lake Wawasee; thence on and along the southwest lines of lots 32, 33 and 34 in South Park Addition to Lake Wawasee to the northwest corner of lot 34 and the place of beginning.
