You are hereby advised that a Complaint has been filed against you in the Kosciusko Superior Court in cause no. 43D03-1803-CC-000135 for monies due and owing, to wit: $15,064.44 as of January 4, 2018, plus accrued but unpaid interest as of said date in the amount of $1,449.22, plus interest which continues to accrue at the rate of 6.74 percent per annum thereafter, plus reasonable attorneys fees, for default under the terms of a Promissory Note dated November 30, 2016, in favor of Best Deal Auto Sales and assigned to Midwest America Federal Credit Union. This notice is to advise you that you or your attorney are required to file a responsive pleading with the Court and serve a copy of same upon the Plaintiff within thirty (30) days of the last published notice of this action.
