Community Invited To 2nd Barn & Business Breakfast

Posted
The Kosciusko County Community Foundation and Kosciusko County Farm Bureau are hosting their Second Annual Barn & Business Breakfast March 8 from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m. at the Manahan Orthopaedic Capital Center, located on the Grace College campus.
The event is designed for business, agriculture and community leaders.
Keynote speakers will be Jim Schellinger, president of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, and Ted McKinney, director of agribusiness development at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation.
Schellinger and McKinney will share insights about the regulatory environment, attracting and retaining entry and mid-level employees and rural access to broadband – topics that last year’s breakfast attendees said they wanted to learn more about, according to a provided press release. The breakfast also will offer guests the opportunity to network with other leaders from a variety of industries in the community.
Thanks to generous sponsors, the event is free, but registration is required. To register, go to https://connect.kcfoundation.org. The deadline to register is Feb. 29.
Sponsors include 1st Source Bank, Creighton Brothers, CTB Inc., Farmer’s State Bank, Grace College & Theological Seminary, Hoosier Ag Today, Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce, Kosciusko County Community Foundation, Kosciusko County Farm Bureau, Louis Dreyfus Commodities, Maple Leaf Farms, Old National Bank and Paragon Medical.
