I am writing to you concerning Comcast cable in the Warsaw area. The rate increases are getting out of control.
I find it totally ridiculous that Comcast continues to remove channels and increase rates.
It would definitely be a benefit to me to have satellite, but unfortunately, due to my neighbor's trees, it is not possible.
I don't understand how Comcast is allowed a monopoly on cable service for Warsaw. It seems to me that the city would benefit from allowing residents choices, or to at least regulate how much Comcast can charge as they remove channels.
It seems to me that if they are taking channels away, we should see a decrease in charges.
