Tucker was appointed to board liason to the Indiana School Boards Association.
Superintendent Steve Clason was appointed the school board’s HIPPA privacy officer and civil rights compliance officer.
Each board member also signed a conflict of interest disclosure statement during Monday night’s meeting.
The board also kept its salary at $2,000 per year with a $26.14 per diem for all scheduled and additional meetings.
Clason informed the board that a tenative date of Aug. 6 has been set for a goal-setting work session.
That meeting will also include initial budget discussions.
