FORT WAYNE - With a 4-0 victory over Taylor-Fort Wayne Thursday, Grace College's men's soccer team picked up its fifth win of the season, a mark equaling the final win total for last year.
Grace scored just 13 minutes into the action as Jacob Bury scored the first of his two goals on an assist from Jonathan Cline. Bury scored again seven minutes into the second half to give Grace a 2-0 advantage. Ryan Rollefson and Aaron Hood each added goals for the Lancers.
Jon Hoover got the shutout for Grace, his third of the season. The Lancers outshot Taylor-Fort Wayne 27-2.
Grace is 5-3 overall and will host Manchester Tuesday at 4 p.m.

After losing five of its first six games, Grace College's women's soccer team picked up its third win of the season Thursday, topping host Marian 5-2. Ellen Kegarise led Grace with two goals and an assist. The Lancers are now 3-5 on the season and 1-2 in the Mid-Central Conference. Grace will play at Malone Saturday at 1 p.m. Malone defeated Grace 2-0 in the third-place game in last year's NCCAA National Championships.
