Colleen J. Sisk, 64, Warsaw, passed away at 3:50 p.m. Jan. 13, 2015, at her residence. She was born Aug. 31, 1950, in Warsawm to Donald L. and Dorotha B. Fowerbaugh Miller. She was a 1968 graduate of Warsaw Community High School, and she received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from IPFW. She lived in Warsaw most of her life. She worked at Kohl’s, Warsaw, in customer service, and previously at Kimble Glass. Surviving are a son, Nathan (and spouse Kathleen) Sisk, Avon; a daughter, Malenda (and spouse Derek) Matts, Zephyrhills, Fla.; three grandchildren: Owen Matts, at home, and Tyler and Myles Sisk, at home; and a brother, Merrill (and spouse Carole) Miller, Pleasant Plain, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father, who died Nov. 30, 1996; her mother, who died May 7, 2014; and a brother, Conrad L. Miller, who died in December 2007. Services will be at a later date. Burial is in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
