NORTH MANCHESTER – Colleen A. High, 86, North Manchester, died at 6:57 a.m. Nov. 11, 2014, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. She was born May 18, 1928, in Wabash County, to Richard and Eva Eby Reiken. She was married to Jack Ben Foust, who died in 1959. On Oct. 14, 1976, she married Raymond B. High Jr., who died Sept. 26, 2002. Surviving is her companion, William Beeney, North Manchester. Services will be at 7 p.m. Nov. 21 at Congregational Christian Church, 310 N. Walnut St., North Manchester, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating. Calling is from 4 to 7 p.m. Nov. 21 at the church.
