A red-tailed hawk was hanging out on a branch in the Warsaw Biblical Gardens Thursday for at least 15 minutes, allowing many people to take pictures with him. Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department longtime employee Dusty Wiggs was able to get within about 4 feet of the hawk to take this picture. The red-tailed hawk is a bird of prey that breeds throughout most of North America, according to information found online.
