WABASH - Country music superstar Clint Black will be in Wabash Sept. 21 for a stop on his 2007 "Up Close & Personal" tour.
The Honeywell Center - along with corporate sponsor Dukes Memorial Hospital - will host Black at 7:30 p.m. in the Ford Theater. Remaining tickets are $26 and $46. People are able to purchase tickets at the Center's box office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. They also may be purchased by calling 260-563-1102, or online at www.honeywellcenter.org
Clint Black - a multiple Country Music Association Award winner and Academy of Country Music Award winner - is the voice behind popular hits such as "A Better Man," "Like The Rain" and "Cadillac Jack." Other songs include "Rainbow in the Rain," "When My Ship Comes In" and "Spend My Time."
Since his 1989 triple platinum debut album, "Killin' Time," Black has energized country music charts. He has enjoyed numerous measures of success, including album sales, critical acclaim and topping music charts.
Opening for Black will be Laura Bryna, a brand new artist on Black's Equity Music Group label. Her single, "Make-A-Wish," hits radio waves Monday and is from her debut CD, which is to be released Nov. 20.
