SYRACUSE -ÊPolice are at a standstill in the investigation of the death of a Cleveland man whose body was found by railroad tracks near Syracuse Nov. 25.
The body of Willie B. Walker, 26, of Cleveland, Ohio, was found covered in snow next to a CSX railroad track east of CR 300E, just north of CR 1300N near Milford around 5 a.m. Nov. 25.
