NAPPANEE – Cleo L. Brown, 97, Nappanee, died at 7:24 a.m. July 23, 2014, at her home. She was born Nov. 25, 1916, in Bourbon, to Henry and Catherine Miller Watkins. On Nov. 27, 1937, she married Quincy Brown Jr., who died in 1986. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at First Brethren Church, Nappanee, with the Rev. Tom Schiefer officiating. Burial is in Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka.
