A Claypool woman faces formal meth charges for two run-ins with police seven months apart.
Olivia Ann Cook, 23, of 6294 S. CR 450W, Claypool, was arrested on two outstanding warrants Wednesday, held on formal felony charges of dealing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine.
The dealing charge stems from allegations she sold methamphamine to undercover Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers on Nov. 3.
The possession charge comes from a June 7 run-in with police when a car she was in was pulled over by Warsaw police. An investigation turned up powdered finished methamphetamine inside the vehicle.
The two incidents prompted two warrants to be issued for Cook’s arrest. She was arrested at a home at 4459 W. CR 625S.
Cook is being held in Kosciusko County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
