Oma Jean Bradley, 67, of East CR 800S, was pronounced dead at Kosciusko Community Hospital from internal injuries after the 11:44 a.m. accident at the intersection of Ind. 14 and CR 400E.
According to a Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department report, Bradley was northbound on CR 400E when she pulled into the path of a vehicle driven by Lloyd E. Ulerick, 50, of East CR 400S, Rochester.
Ulerick told police that he saw Bradley's car stop at the stop sign, but then she proceeded into the intersection in front of him and he did not have time to react.
Ulerick's pickup struck Bradley's car broadside in the driver's door.
Ulerick complained of elbow pain and was treated at KCH and released.
Damage to each vehicle is estimated at $10,000 to $25,000.
