Claypool is accepting applications for the position of clerk-treasurer.
The town is taking current resumes until Oct. 12 and will conduct interviews during the regular board meeting Oct. 15.
Resumes can be placed in the drop box at the municipal building, 408 S. Graceland Ave.
Applicants must be a resident of Claypool and must be registered to vote.
Departing Clerk-Treasurer Miccah Shepherd is resigning effective Oct. 6. She submitted her resignation Sept. 17, citing a move to a new home outside of Claypool.
