A Claypool man, Jack Lee Kellogg, 19, of 310 Graceland Ave., was charged recently with sexual misconduct with a minor, a felony, after police received reports of his relationship with a 14-year-old Warsaw girl.
According to the police report, filed July 16, Kellogg was having intercourse with the child at an East Market Street, Warsaw, residence owned by a Warsaw woman and at a local motel.
The Warsaw woman also was involved in sexual relations with the man, and, according to Kellogg's police statement, allowed the girl and man to have sex in her presence.
She also allegedly knew the man and child stayed at a local hotel, with full knowledge that they slept in the same bed, she told police.
The Warsaw woman reportedly was charged with failure to report child abuse.
