Claypool Man Arrested On Charges Of Dealing Methamphetamine

Police arrested a Claypool man Thursday on a “high risk” warrant for dealing methamphetamine.

Seth Aaron Carl Allen, 28, of 201 W. Section St., Claypool, was arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 1:48 a.m. today for possession of meth, dealing meth and maintaining a common nuisance, according to his booking information. His preliminary bond was set at $10,250.

According to a news release from the Warsaw Police Department, Allen was arrested on a high-risk dealing methamphetamine warrant by the WPD Emergency Response Team near the intersection of Bronson and Smith streets in Warsaw.

Multiple weapons were found and seized during the search of a residence. Allen was taken to the Kosciusko County Jail without incident.





The Warsaw Police Department was assisted by the Indiana State Police and the Winona Lake Police Department.

The Department of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms was contacted and additional charges are pending, the release said.
