Indiana Department of Transportation has been working with Norfolk Southern Railroad engineers on the redesign of the Ind. 15 bridge in Claypool.
The new design will accommodate the railroad's needs while minimizing impacts on CR 700S. Due to the time needed for the redesign of this bridge replacement project, the expected construction year is now 2012. A public hearing will be scheduled for early 2009.
