NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Civil Town of Claypool, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year at their regular place at the Claypool Town Hall, 408 South Graceland, at 7 o'clock p.m. on the 15th day of February, 2010. The additional appropriations as finally determined will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
