The Town of Claypool has developed an American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan for Public Rights-Of-Way in accordance with Federal Highway Administration requirements. The purpose of the Transition Plan is to prioritize ADA accessibility improvements for existing Public Rights-of-Way. As part of its Public Participation Process, the Town of Claypool will offer time for Public Comment during the Claypool Town Council meeting on August 19, 2013. Written comments will be accepted through the September 15, 2013 until 4:00 p.m. The Transition Plan is available for inspection at the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer, Town of Claypool, PO Box 6, Claypool, Indiana 46510.
