BOURBON — Triton senior Clay Yeo has been selected to play for the North team during the 25th annual North-South Indiana All-Star Classic. The game will take place April 14 at Rose-Hulman in Terre Haute. Leading the Triton Trojans to the Class 1A state championship game, where they fell 55-50 against Borden, Yeo averaged 26.3 points, 7.9 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 1.9 blocks and 1.8 steals. Finishing his prep career with 1,992 points, Yeo stands as Marshall County’s all-time leading scorer, while helping Triton go 85-19 during his time, winning four Northern State Conference titles, four sectionals, two regional and two semistates. Joining the Valparaiso University-bound Yeo on the North team, which will be coached by Hamilton Southeastern’s Brian Satterfield, are New Haven’s V.J. Beachem (Notre Dame), New Castle’s Steven Bennett (Butler), Fishers’ Jaylon Brown (Evansville), Tipton’s Mike Crawford (St. Louis), Hamilton Heights’ Alex Etherington (Indiana State), Cathe-dral’s Collin Hartman (Indiana), Mishawaka Marian’s Demetrius Jackson (Notre Dame), North Central’s Darius Latham (Indiana), Koko-mo’s LaBradford Sabree (undecided) and Fort Wayne Northrop twins Brenton Scott (Indiana State) and Bryson Scott (Purdue). The South team will be coached by Terre Haute North’s Todd Woelfle and includes Jeffersonville’s Darryl Baker (Lamar), Terre Haute North’s Calvin Blank (Ball State), Warren Central’s Devin Davis (Indiana), Linton’s Austin Karazsia’s (undecided), Rockville’s Lane Mahurin (Indiana Wesleyan), Castle’s Blake Simmons (Evansville), Terre Haute South’s Jeffrey Turner (undecided), Pike’s Zavier Turner (undecided), Rockville’s Gary Ulrich (Wabash), Carmel’s Michael Volovic (Butler), Ben Davis’ Tony Willis (Illinois State) and Loogootee’s Conner Wittmer (undecided).
