Mark and Ruth Clay, Fort Wayne, announce the engagement of their daughter, Cate Clay, Fort Wayne, to Cody Williams. He is the son of Dave and Rene' Williams, Silver Lake. The bride-to-be is a medical assistant at Women’s Health Advantage, Fort Wayne. She graduated from Medina (Ohio) High School in 2006 and attended MedTech College, Fort Wayne. The groom-elect is IT manager for Cardinal Services, Warsaw. He graduated from Warsaw Community High School in 2003 and earned a bachelor’s degree in computer technology from Purdue University, West Lafayette, in 2008. The couple plan a Sept. 28, 2013, wedding.
