CLAY TOWNSHIP BUDGET ESTIMATES

NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF BUDGET ESTIMATES AND TAX LEVIES

Notice is hereby given to taxpayers of Clay Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper officers of said Township. at 4830 S Country Club Rd., Warsaw, IN, on September 9, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. will con duct a public hearing on the year 2011 budget. Following this meeting any ten or more taxpayers may object to a budget, tax rate, or tax levy by filing an objection petition with the proper officers of the politi cal subdivision within seven days after the hearing. The objection must identify the provisions of the budget, tax r ate, or tax levy that taxpayers object to. If a petition is filed, the political subdivision shall adopt with it s budget a finding concerning the objections filed and testimony presented. Following the aforementioned hearing, the Township Board will meet at 4830 S Country Club Rd, Warsaw, IN, on September 20, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. to adopt the following budget.
