Class Act Dance Troupe, a non-profit performance company affiliated with Debra Collier’s School of Dance, presented a check for more than $2,900 to the Community Closet. Members of the troupe had raised the funds through a Student Choreography Showcase. The students, under the guidance of CADT intern Sarah Mills and director Kristina Collier, worked throughout the summer to choreograph multiple pieces and raise the funds necessary to hold the event. “We are so proud of the students,” stated Collier. “They created artistic and creative pieces and grew through the process of setting them on their peers.
