Clair A. “T-Man” Taylor, 65, formerly of Warsaw, died at 7:40 p.m. June 27, 2014, in Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation, Greenfield.
He was born Aug. 23, 1948, in Warsaw, to Clarence and Harriett Bennett Taylor. On July 8, 1977, in Warsaw, he married Vicki J. Teel, who survives in Noblesville.
He graduated from Mentone High School in 1966 and Ashland (Ohio) College in 1970. Serving in the U.S. Army, he was stationed in Korea, where he trained attack dogs. He worked at G&G Hauling and Excavating, Warsaw, for 35 years.
Also surviving are a son, Nathan A. Taylor (and Lily Cote), Los Angeles, Calif.; a daughter, Breanne J. (and spouse Jeremy) Hawk, Noblesville; a granddaughter, Juliana Claire Hawk, Noblesville; a sister, Kay (and spouse Gary) Shepherd, Summerville, S.C.; his mother-in-law, Beatrice Teel, Warsaw; a sister-in-law, Toni Hopper, Warsaw; and a brother-in-law, Bruce (and spouse Lorene) Teel, Warsaw. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be private at a later date.
Calling will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.
