Residents wanting free mulch are invited to bring trailers, dump trucks, pickup trucks or small containers between 8 a.m. and noon on the Saturdays noted to West Center Street just inside Boggs Industrial Park. Dates for fall mulch and compost giveaway are Oct. 12, 19 and 26 and Nov. 2, 9 and 16. If there is inclement weather on some days that prevents pick-up, the schedule may be extended.
