Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) to obtain assistance from
The Wastewater State Revolving Fund (WWSRF) Loan Program
The City of Warsaw Wastewater Utility will hold a public hearing at the regularly scheduled Common Council meeting at 7 pm on Monday, August 21 at Council Chambers in City Hall, 102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. The City of Warsaw’s engineering consultant, Wessler Engineering, will present the recommended upgrades to the Wastewater Utility’s sewer infrastructure, which will include manhole lining and replacement, and sewer pipe lining and replacement, as described in the PER. The project will be funded through a WWSRF loan.
At this hearing, there will be the opportunity for questions and comments from the public. Participation is welcomed and encouraged. If special assistance is required for the meeting, please contact City Hall. A copy of the PER is available for public viewing starting August 11, 2017 through August 28, 2017 in the Planning and Zoning Department of City Hall. Written comments regarding this project should be sent to Megan Carr, Wessler Engineering, 6409 Constitution Drive Fort Wayne, Indiana 46804 prior to August 28, 2017.
